Okay, there is no way to do this. Though, you can simulate it. When a tool object is placed in the players character, you force them to equipt it. This will also force the mouse object. Oh, and remember to use a LocalScript. Now, you need to ser a variable as the mouse object, or you can just run all code out of your equipt connection. Now, remove the tool AFTER you re-parent the script to the Player's backpack. You have captured the mouse =P

This is the way that I have found, but I believe that Camoy thinks differently. I could post a link, but I am not sure if outside links are allowed.

Wow, that is an interesting way to do that. Though, why would it be of use to make a GUI keyboard?

I wonder if this would work as a local script:

function obd()
print("clicked")
end
game.Players.LocalPlayer.PlayerMouse.Button1Up:connect(obd)

Ps: PlayerMouse is a object in a player.
